Certainly a neighbour of mine, a professor in the field of applied health science, strongly believes that the very act of journal writing (or, as an equivalent type of exercise, talking regularly with friends and family about one's situation) helps consolidate one's thoughts and leads towards a more wholesome self-treatment process. <BR/><BR/>I love that book too - Tuesdays with Morrie remains one of my top 10 books.
